Our Current Rate Schedule is as follows for April 1, 2009 to May 1, 2010.

Registration fees: $50.00 one child or $75.00 two or more per family. Registration Fees are not refundable. Annual registration fees are due in the month of August. All families must pay annual registration fees.

ALL FAMILY GUIDANCE PATRONS WILL BE CHARGED THE DIFFERENTIAL FEE TO SUBSIDIZE OUR FULL PAYMENT RATE PER CHILD.
Parents may use an extended day beyond 6:00 P.M. by ADVANCE request at the time of need SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
Holidays
The center will observe the following holidays: New Years Day, the day after New Years, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.
Withdrawals
A full week’s tuition will be charged for these weeks. A parent may withdraw their children with a two week advance notice at any time and the fees will stop. However, space will be opened and the center may not have space when the return is requested. A new registration fee is due when the child is enrolled again. All fees are due on Mondays and will be considered late if they are not paid by the close of business Mondays. NO ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE PAYMENTS. There will be a $20.00 late fee attached to each payment made after the close of business Mondays.

We do need our fees in order to operate and pay the employees who serve your children. All payments will be made in cash, money orders, or personal checks, Visa, American Express, and debit card, unless two or more checks have been returned. There will be a $30.00 return check fee regardless of reason. CO-PAYMENTS MUST ALSO BE PAID IN THE SAME MANNER. All late fees and registration fees apply.
